In applying for employment at Aveos Fleet Performance Inc (“Aveos”), I understand and agree that:

A. Employment with Aveos is subject to a multi-step selection process which in addition to a review of my application, may include, depending upon the position I am applying for, a telephone interview, and in person interview, various testing of job related abilities and skills, security clearance and medical examination and/or physical evaluation. I understand that I may not necessarily be called for any of these steps and that my candidacy may be rejected at any step of the selection process without further obligation of Aveos.

B. More specifically, testing of the job related abilities and skills, when applicable, may include a psychometric evaluation, technical abilities or aptitude testing, linguistic testing, knowledge testing, including proficiency in the use of software tools (for example, knowledge of Excel, Power Point and others).

C. I agree to undergo any medical examination and/or physical evaluation that may be required. I also understand that in the event I am hired by Aveos, I may be required as an Aveos employee to undergo periodic medical examination and/or physical fitness evaluation.

D. I authorize Aveos to conduct a thorough investigation of my personal history and previous work experience and may verify all information given in this application for employment, related papers and during interviews. I may be required to provide documentary support for any statement made in this application or during interviews. I hereby authorize any person to give or receive such information and release from liability any such person giving or receiving such information.

E. I also understand that I may be required, in compliance with security obligations or safety systems, to undergo fingerprinting or other specific security measures.

F. I have read and understood the above terms and further understand that employment with Aveos is contingent upon having successfully passed all steps of the selection process that Aveos will have asked me to undertake. If I fail to submit to any step of the selection process that Aveos asks me to undertake, I understand that I am thereby withdrawing my candidacy for employment.
