We are seeking a deployment engineer to work from our Atlanta, NYC or San Francisco office to improve client ROI, increase customer satisfaction levels, and boost revenue. You will ensure that deployments and projects of new clients are executed flawlessly while nurturing open and productive working relationships. You will also deliver the highest level of customer service and collaborate with a core group of targeted clients leveraging your technical know-how. Your success as a deployment engineer will open up growth opportunities for you within the company.

 
What you will own:
  • Work closely with internal Sales and Program Management teams as well as with the customer's IT staff and project managers to understand project needs and contingencies.
  • Provide feedback on improving deployment processes and contribute to the improvement of tools/systems used to support workflow.
  • Create and support HTML/CSS and Javascript code to support your customers’ targeting and engagement strategies.
 
A successful Deployment Engineer will:
  • Apply knowledge of products, services and industry best practices while serving as a consultant to the customer
  • Extend LivePerson products to meet customer needs by applicable web based technologies, APIs and SDKs.  Possess a strong command of HTML, CSS, XML and JavaScript knowledge.
  • Assess customer needs and promote value adding products and services
  • Effectively address, mediate and escalate issues that are impacting the customer’s implementation
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization to ensure line of sight into project goals and milestones
  • Recognize and overcome obstacles with support from teammates and cross-functional teams
  • Be self directed and operate with minimal supervision and direction
What you would need to bring?
  • 3-5 years experience managing software deployments.
  • HTML/CSS and Javascript development experience. 
  • Experience developing with APIs and SDKs.
  • Ability to review data, summarize key findings and recommend solutions.
  • Track record of managing projects and delivering results.
  • Strong communication and client management skills.
  • Significant experience working as part of a team.
