CAREERS AND THE BUCK INSTITUTE |

The Buck Institute emphasizes a collaborative approach to clinically relevant biomedical research on the biology of aging and age-associated diseases. The Buck Institute's laboratories are run independently by a faculty member. In each lab, staff scientists, post-doctoral fellows, graduate students, research associates and technicians work under mentors. A research and administrative infrastructure supports all of the Institute's laboratories. The Buck Institute offers an opportunity to work in an exciting and dynamic environment featuring a world-class group of researchers who utilize state-of-the-art techniques, on a campus that was designed by the renowned architect I.M. Pei. The Buck Institute is located in Marin County, 25 miles north of San Francisco. |
